Mission Statement

 Zest catering was created during COVID 19 from the pure love for food. Kristina was hopeless in the kitchen before they met, but Michael being the amazing chef that he is started to share his cooking techniques and passions.

Throughout COVID, trying new foods and experimenting in the kitchen became a favorite pastime for the dynamic duo. The two enjoyed creating content demonstrating the two in the kitchen while Michael guided Kristina through creating and testing, amazing meals that are fit to a range of lifestyles and events. 

Creating meals that are delicious and affordable is truly Michael’s passion.

Both Michael and Kristina have carried this passion throughout the growth of Zest, and incorporate it in all of their catering, and “Chef at home” bookings.
