Guido's - Wood Fired

Guido's was born from Kris seeing the potential in a food trailer that just so happens to be in front of our kitchen in Aurora! Chef Michael called up Rob Billingsley, a former co-worker of Michael, and the two culinary giants went to work. With Kris, Chef Michael and Chef Rob running the day to days, the trailer EXPLODED into a culinary landmark in Aroura. Guido's is now on the road and is being offered to any and all events!

Chef Michael doesn't drink, at all. But there is nothing worse then trying to attend events, or social gatherings and the only thing you can have is a bottle of water, or a pop. Now, you can have sparkling water with attitude. ZERO sugar, ZERO EVERYTHING! It's JUST sparkling water with natural flavouring. With the help of our friends at "Fancy - sparkling water" ZEST now has our own branded water. Perfect for, literally, any occasion.

This one took a lot, but we are on the road and popping up for your company. Everything from pizza trailers, food trucks, smokers, BBQ's you name it we have it, but you can book our assets with YOUR company as the the attendee.
